Bella Spa has had huge renovations and is a delightfully peaceful and pleasant place to be pampered! Vicky is always busy making sure everyone is getting what they need, and Kevin gives a fabulous massage with the pedicure and manicure!!
Also- Vicky does a great job with special events like weddings, birthdays, etc and you can bring your own refreshments or ask her for some help. Highly recommend!!

The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I am honestly very surprised they are still able to run their business in such a nice shopping mall. Used the wrong color, cut mine and my partners skin, acrylic and glue up to my knuckles. Charged more than what the prices said and I was told to look online because they don’t use menus in the salon. The woman was very rude to her employees and to us directly. We told her we are not happy with the service and she forced us to pay anyways. I asked to speak with the manager and she gave me a random phone number to a salon in west Lafayette. She then gave me the “real” manager phone number. The “real” manager asked for photos which we sent her. And she has read the iMessages but has not responded and will not answer a phone call. This place is sketchy, will never visit again, and should have a warning sign on the front door. It is an absolute joke.

Worst mani I’ve ever had! The woman doing my nails spent the entire time on the phone with her son on speaker. While carrying on with him she first cut my cuticle with the emery board, then drove the pointed dremel tip down under my nail bed on the same finger. Miserable experience and it looked like they had a few VERY young children doing nails there as well. Can you say human trafficking? Please save yourself the aggravation and pain and patronize another salon. The pic is from today and my appointment was on 12/24. It’s healing but still stings if salt or citrus gets on it.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. I get my nails done very frequently (probably every 2-3 weeks) and this is just not how it is supposed to go. I went with my friend and we both had gel on when we got there. She put the foil on my friend first and then myself. She walked away and then came back and started taking off my foil even though mine had been soaking for a shorter amount of time than my friend. That was the first weird thing. The second odd thing is that it did not seem as though the cuticle instrument was being sanitized – she just pulled it out of a drawer and took the cap off. When working on my cuticles, she made my thumb bleed and didn’t do anything about it. She then proceeded to paint directly over that, which all seems highly unsanitary to me. She did a horrible paint job – she was rushing with very short strokes. Half the time she went directly from one nail to the next without getting more polish – no wonder they are see through. She never even commented on the fact that my finger was bleeding. She didn’t do a great file job nor did she have me wash my hands after taking the polish off before applying new polish. Do not go here. For sanitary reasons and just for the fact that it was a terrible experience and paint job. Here are some pictures for reference.
This was terrible and I will not be back. I wish I didn’t have to pay for this. This was all for an event that I have to go to and they just don’t look or feel that presentable.
