I wish I had a better experience here. I went in to get my hair dyed brown with some added highlights, and a hair cut. Total came out to around 370 which I was expecting. It didn’t come out exactly how I wanted but I was still ok with it, i then pay and go to my car and realize what the top of my head looked like (which I didn’t notice looking straight forward to the mirror in the salon). It looked awful but the lady who did the highlights was very nice and was trying to correct it for me. It took three tries and by that time I’ve been there for 4.5 hours and I’m getting irritated. I then show some more pictures and we just decide to dye my whole hair brown except the first two strands. After 5 hours I go to checkout again and she only wants to refund me 70 dollars?!?! It looked terrible and I got nothing of what I wanted and she tried to tell me it was my fault for miscommunication?!?! I ended up paying 250 in total for uneven hair where the brown ended up fading. The only good thing I got out of this was a hair cut.

I love love love this salon!! Services are reasonably priced. The Stylists are experienced and professional. The atmosphere is bright and cheery and is calming and peaceful with uplifting music. I loved my haircut from Shanda. She has a bubbly and fun personality and listened to my request and my haircut was exactly as I requested. I have been away from the area and moved back and am happy to come back to Bellas. Sharon, the owner, remembered me and even asked about my daughter. It’s a great fit for the hometown community and feel of Pooler!

Her stylist, Shanda it’s just as open and understanding. I would highly recommend calling Bella Salon and Spa. The product line that they use has made my hair thicker and healthier than ever before. Alia is one of the best natural haircare stylists I’ve had service from. She is multifaceted and very knowledgeable about the different textures of hair. She listens to your wants and educates you in the process to come to a happy medium to leave you with healthy, beautifully cared for hair. I love that they keep a database of color, styles, and services you’ve used so when it’s time for your next visit she is aware of past services used. I highly recommend Bella Salon and Spa for a relaxing, no rush, personable, and professional experience.

I absolutely loved my experience! They took their time and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I had gotten hurt before coming in for my last spa treatment and they were beyond sweet and accommodated for my injuries. They treated me as if I was one of their own, and not just a client.
