Exceptional customer service. She asked lots of questions to understand what I was looking for and even looked at pictures. She explained in depth what I asked for and gave me great advice on training my hair once I left the salon!
Totally would recommend Bella Salon and Monica to family and friends!

Love going to Bella.
Beautiful inside.. it’s like hanging out with your girlfriends.. Nikka has been my stylist for years! I hate to say that because I don’t want to share her…she is the hair WHISPERER one of the best..
And I’ve lived in Chicago and New York….all the talent without the attitude… the owner is just sweet as can be..
I have been going for over 2 years and nothing but a good time at BELLA.. And top notch service.. and they have Meg’s coffee love seeing local businesses supporting each other! ❤

We made an appointment with Monica for 2pm today for my sisters prom. She was supposed to do a style appointment and we even went Wednesday night for a consult and to confirm the appointment. Well it’s half hour before the appointment and Monica called and said she couldn’t do the appointment anymore and cancelled because she wasn’t going to be done with her previous client. We planned the whole day around this appointment and now my sister is crying because she doesn’t have anyone to do her hair for her senior prom and has to be ready to go by 4. This is absolutely unprofessional and my whole family uses bella salon and now we will not be back. If it was an emergency or something I would absolutely understand but this is ridiculous and so disappointing. Would not recommend making appointments here for your special occasions

This was my first time at Bella. Shannon is the stylist I booked with. She did a amazing job. I have really long hair and I was unsure how much I wanted to cut off. She cut off a little at a time, until it was where I was comfortable with. After she styled my hair, she took her time and didn’t rush it. Any other salon I have gone to, they didn’t and it always is frizzy when I leave. I was very happy with the results.
