I had an incredible experience at Bella Reina from start to finish. Their attention to detail and exemplary customer service really stood out to me. The atmosphere was relaxing and the services were phenomenal. Candice gave me a luxurious body treatment and lavender stress relief pedicure and she was amazing. I will definitely be returning regularly to Bella Reina.

I just love this little day spa. The staff are so wonderful and really great at what they do. I take comfort in knowing that they don’t use toxic products or less toxic products than most day spas. I love the Dazzle Dry nail polish that dries in 5 minutes and almost always get it in my fingers and toes. I feel so pampered every time I leave. The facials are amazing and you’ll pry the Slin Diva Labs skincare line from my cold, gray hands when I’m dead, lol. It’s so good! This is truly a Delray gem!

Rudest staff. They advertised a package as a summer membership and neglected to disclose that they would continue to charge my credit card once summer ended. I haven’t stepped foot in their establishment for over a year. Yes, I should’ve checked my credit card statements sooner, but my father passed away suddenly so it wasn’t exactly on my radar. I tried to explain the situation to them, but they refuse to accept responsibility for the fact that ongoing fees were going to be charged. Also why promote something as a summer membership and not a year long membership if you are going to continue to charge people? Very Shady. If the employees or business owner cared about customer service, they would’ve handled the situation more professionally. A business owner should really take the time to reach out to someone personally. She should be concerned that her employees aren’t clearly communicating membership terms. I would’ve been more than willing to at least meet them halfway since it’s partially my fault for not checking my statements sooner. I’m not sure why they are so adamant about refusing to give me any refund or credit considering the situation.

I recently received a birthday gift certificate for the Bella Reina Spa. Unfortunately due to being a new client and the timing of my vacation, I was not able to have an in spa experience. That said, they had a large selection of products to select from. I ordered online and had the product shipped to my home. I was surprised to see that the package actually arrived at my home before I did.
Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged. I immediately emailed the salon, they responded, I think, that evening. I sent a photo and they dropped a replacement package in the mail. I just received it. Can’t wait to try it. The reviews of the product are strong.
The spa provided me excellent customer service.

I had the best custom facial and service ever! Israt was the most professional and compassionate technician I have seen in my many years of getting facials. I will definitely be back to see her on a monthly basis. Treat yourself…you will be thrilled you did!
Another amazing facial by Israt! She inspires me to be my best inside & out! I have become a faithful Skin Diva user. This product is a game changer!
