Came in for a nail color change for feet & hands. Not once was I shown the charges until she started…
OMG the price that I paid is insane!!! 😡I honestly feel like I was robbed… $62.00????
Yes, I had gel on feet and hands and was charged extra because they said my nails were too long??? Who or what judges a customers nail length????
It’s a polish change not full set and pedicure. It took an hour 1/2.
Then the technician using the drill cuts the skin of my toe. I guess that’s part of the cost??
Finally sitting to do my nails and I had to pull my hand away several times, felt like my nail was burning it was horrible. She says “Sorry hunny” and keeps doing it… Not good at all.
Love how they don’t speak English unless they tell you how much you need to pay after they start…😤
Why don’t they give you the price up front?
I was asked repeatedly what you want? I said “ Gel polish change for feet & hands” Repeatedly…. I told them I don’t live here so why wouldn’t they discuss pricing before the services are rendered??? Shady business if you ask me….🧐
Extremely disappointing how businesses have the ability to mark up prices to fit whatever they want. Huge lesson learned
I had Friendly nail tech and nice conversation. They even double checked my online appt to make sure I got exactly what I wanted done. I got a gel french Mani and gel color for my Pedi. My nail tech did a wonderful job.
I took my daughter there back in May and same friendly services. We definitely will be back again.
