After a few years of suffering through nail salons horrible service, rude emoloyees, way over priced for bloody nails, in Mansfield. I have escaped the ugly and found a beautiful salon in Polaris. I drive an hour for the best service, friendliest staff AND The cleanest and best kept salon. No torn chairs, no filthy uncleaned stations. No dirty nail dryers. No employees on their phones. Bella Nail &Spa is my Heaven. Staff is so professional, and caring of your needs. If they gave me coffee I may never leave. Truly, when you sit and as customers come in, they know all their customers by name. Warms my heart that there are great people, doing outstanding service. Bellas, hands down, the best salon. Thank you for wonderful service, and friendly smiles. Oh, the price, for dips under 55$ not finding that in Mansfield. Thank you to all the staff at Bellas. ❤ Ruby Red, There’s no place like Bella Nail n Spa.

I’ve been going there for years, though only sporadically as I am not a manicure-all-the-time type of person. I love this place so much and see no reason to try a different place as I’m very satisfied with the price point and product they provide. I usually can get in without an appointment and my nails always look great! Will continue going there for the foreseeable future. I usually don’t see a specific nail tech, but the quality is the same across the board.

I went to Bella Nails for the first time today. I’m very happy, my technician did a wonderful job on my pedicure and manicure, I wish I’d taken a before picture of my finger nails as they we a mess and now they look great.
Lovely, friendly staff and very nice facility. Thank you, I’ll be back.

We visited from out of town. We were a bit nervous deviating from our normal salon. Best pedicure ever! Our nails turned out great. Friendly staff, and very clean. A bit expensive, but worth it. Great experience!

I have been going to this location for couple of months now. I’m very easy going and not picky at all, so I don’t tend to make a big deal of things. I went in yesterday for a gel pedicure. Picked my blue gel color. The lady that was working on my pedicure seemed rushed and I’m very sensitive on my feet so I kept asking for breaks and she even seemed annoyed I was asking to take small breaks (just a couple of seconds). Anyhow, once she got done I noticed the color seemed a bit bright but I thought we’ll that’s just the color I picked. The more I went through my day I realized that I picked a blue color (to match a dress I have) and I ended up with a bright greenish color. I called in to see if they would change the color even for a small fee (since I didn’t want to get the lady in trouble or anything) and they said no that I would have to pay for the service all over again. I decided to make an appointment somewhere else to fix the problem. I will not be returning to this location again. Tip: When you go in just double check that the color you picked matches exactly the color on your nails. I wished I had.
