Within 2 days 1 nail completed lifted and I had no choice but to remove the nail, it had moisture collecting under it, and the only part that was attached well, was the glued tip. The next day I realized my thumb had moisture stuck under the nail, once I clipped the side I realized my nail was soft below. Several other nails are starting to show lifting, and I’m only 3 days out from having them done.

This is my relaxing place! It’s pleasant and clean – and Hana gives the best massages – firm enough to do the job, but not too hard. I’ve never been unhappy with her services. Today was just a pedicure, but Hana has also given me many beautiful manicures. I always make sure to go in when she’s there.

Will never come here again! The lady who served me early morning at 9:30am was not in a good mood. Every color I requested was either she’s lazy to get up or she’ll just say straight away say that they don’t have it! Even the word “worst service is underrated” I had the worst of the worst. There were few things I was curious about and thought to ask, but she’ll turned around with an angry look and speak in her language to her workmates. Maybe next time just answer the question especially when it’s just a yes or no🤷♀️

I have never in my life seen a business that disrespects it’s clients that have been treated poorly more than this salon. Argueing on the thread of a unhappy customer for something YOU did with the pictures to prove what went wrong? Telling the customer NOT to write a bad review because it makes YOUR business look bad? That is not the way to run a business nor is it excellent customer service. A Good set of nails properly done should last 2 to 4 weeks…7 days? What a joke! I came in there to enquire about getting a set and was treated poorly as soon as I walked in, disrespecting potential clients gets you nowhere. I worked in customer service for 35 years and Never Ever talked to my clients the way you rip yours apart in your answers to their reviews. Sad very sad.
