Horrible horrible service! I am In the hair industry and know what it means to make sure your clients are happy with their service especially when charging high prices. I got My nails done with a dip and tip set and as well as a gel pedicure, however the next day my nails were cracking and i reached out to the salon they said to call back on Wednesday so i did As so and they told me they will not even give me partial refund that it’s there policy and it’s listed everywhere which it isn’t!!! They also said because they spent the time with me that they deserve the money like are you kidding me atleast do better work if your expecting to be paid i will Be contacting my bank❤️ and letting further clients know to never visit

New upgrades and chairs are great! The price increase is standard for the current times. Most importantly they stuck behind their brand. I’ve never had issues with my nails here And so I’ve been a returning customer for the last three years. I did go to a new nail tech and have some issue recently. I went in to have it rectified and I was met with no issue just great service and honestly the repair looks fat better than the original set. I’m not knocking new tech. Everyone needs to gain experience and in general like I said, for the last three years, I’ve never had an issue. I want to give a shout out Amy, she did a very nice job. Typically my Sets last me three weeks or longer and my toes if gel polishes applied look great for the next two months. Definitely worth the price paying for Service is what it’s all about. Bella Nail does a great job regarding services as per my experiences.

I had a horrible experience and this wasn’t the first. I’m not sure why I even gave them a second chance. I went in needing a fill. I had my girl trim them downs a lot and then she filled them. The girl who did my nails was very nice and did a great job. But the girl at the front who was “acting manager” charged me an extra $5 for my “long nails” which aren’t long at all. Saying they needed to use extra product on me. I find this ridiculous and terrible customer service. They’re gouging customers anyway they can. I will never return and neither should you..

i used to go here since they opened. always loved going, and have been a loyal member since open, i always tip well, i grew up in this salon, from highschool prom nails to graduation to my early adulthood, in the last year this place has really struggled. they tried to way over charge me 120 for a fill and pedicure last week. all my nails broke within a week of getting them done, they didn’t fulfill services for my pedicure and cut me multiple times and even super glued my fresh cut without allowing me to clean it. i’ve tried to give them 3 chances since the start of the year and i’m sad to say this will be my last time going in. for my nails to last a week, be over charged, cut and pushed out before services were complete was just very disheartening, i hope they can make this place as good as it once was.

First and last time coming to this salon. As soon as you walk in the environment does not feel welcoming. Lady at the front counter was pushy and unable to clearly direct. I had an appointment, showed up early, and still ended up waiting 20 minutes. The man who did my nails did an okay job, didn’t fully execute what I wanted and honestly I was too uncomfortable the whole time to ask him to fix it. He did my pedicure just fine. Both my mani and my pedi were chipped in less than a week. When I went to go check out, the same lady at the beginning was still at the front. She couldn’t count cash (there is a $2 service fee if you use card by the way) and I ended up having to do the math for her to get change back. They didn’t have enough money to give me change back so I have to give her my ones for bigger bills. So warning if you wanted to give a cash tip (which they prefer) and you didn’t bring cash yourself, you’ll probably have to charge it to your card.
