This was my first time getting my nails done ever. My best friend said they were terrible and I honestly agree. The colors and shape I picked out were not the colors/shape I received.The nails on one hand are longer than the other hand. A few nails have the polish already chipping. A nail is crooked. The very simple design I asked for was not met either. Spent 55$ on a set that I absolutely hated. First photo is the color, shape, and design I wanted. Last two photos is what I received. Will never come back to this nail salon again.

I am a little older than my 20’s but I love to keep a nice manicure with a lil’ flair. Nudes that I like are harder to find, add in my preferred shape, and extras… I can be a bit extra. However, this makes me feel good, it is my self-care and I have not been disappointed.

Life happens, I needed a repair after a mani/pedi and it was fixed and then some.

As one of my faves says, “I’ll be back.” 🤭

I did not even mention the 1st go around but my fam and visiting fam came in Christmas Eve… mani(s) and pedi(s) all around. Males and females – our family invests in taking care of ourselves. We all appreciate looking and feeling well. Our children recognize, early, what this version of respecting yourself and appreciating someone who takes a moment to take care of themselves looks like. Every one is different, but you must have standards. If you do not stand for something, you’ll fall for more than you should…
Or have someone scratching you with their toes and your are left wondering 🤔 💭

I just now went in a few moments ago to get a simple pedicure done, which takes no longer than 30 minutes, so I would have been done before they close, yet I was refused service because apparently everyone was leaving even before the posted close time which is 8pm. Mind you, I got here at 7:25pm. Ridiculous. I have gotten my toes done within that time. No excuses.

I saw bad reviews before coming in, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’m taking this as a sign NOT to spend my money here tomorrow and I’m going somewhere else. I advise anyone who does go here to do the same. I came here within a reasonable amount of time and no one wanted to service me or even acknowledge me until 5 minutes later of walking in. I wasn’t going to ask for anything crazy. Just a simple one color pedicure. Customers obviously do not come first at this establishment.

This was my first visit since moving to Richmond a month ago. Nail Technician Hannah was very friendly and determined to satisfy my request for a fill in and pedicure services. She did a great job! Will definitely make my next appointment with her.

The best manicure work I’ve seen on my nails. Tina did such an awesome job with my cuticles and everything overall. She really paid around detail. I love my nails and would definitely keep coming back here to Tina.
