I went in for a regular manicure. This came out perfect. I understand that there are times when the outcome may be not up to par, and reaching out to the business may feel uncomfortable. Their customer service is great and the people working there are kind, give it a try!

This is my new go to spot since I’ve moved to San Diego. Hailey does my acrylics every time and without fail she always delivers. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with all the staff and lots of the other customers always seem to have a great rapport with them.

Worst manicure pedicure ever. One woman worked on my hands while another woman worked on my feet. They both tore recklessly into my cuticles with no regard to my comfort. The woman doing the pedicure drew blood on the very toe I was having operated on the next day. The surgery center almost turned me away due to the possibility of infection.

I received the most PAINFUL gel manicure of my entire life here. I asked the nail tech to be gentle/to stop 5 or 6 times throughout the gel service, all 10 of my cuticles were bleeding the entire time which usually would signal a nail tech to pay attention, apparently not. I was holding back tears due to the pain. Additionally, when I asked her to do a 3rd coat when I saw she was applying the clear gel, she SHOVED my fingers in the UV lamp – the color is completely different from the swatch. Was looking for a new nail place in the area, it’s safe to say I’ll never be coming back. Manicures are supposed to be relaxing, but I paid $45 to watch my cuticles become mutilated. Washing my hands is beyond painful due to my peeled off skin.

No frills salon but clean, friendly, and efficient, nice work. Nancy was lovely, so kind and respectful of my slight disability. I don’t live nearby but next time we’re visiting the beach, we’ll come again.
