If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst fill and gel polish I’ve ever had done. Bubbles in the polish which lifted and peeled. Then I call and unless the same girl does it, which why would I, they will charge me $35 for a polish change!!! WTH! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! I spent $98 in total for a decent pedicure and jacked up acrylic nails!

UPDATE- Vicky came to the rescue and they called me and had me come in for a fix at no cost. And she was very detailed and thorough. Thank you for the l response!

I just got my nails done here and it was the most terrible experience I have ever had. The pedicure was amazing, but the girl who did my full set was rude, careless, and did not take her time. She spent the whole time talking to her daughter, and called transgender people mentally ill multiple times. She did nothing with my cuticles, and did a very messy french tip. I would not reccomend this place to anybody.

Edit- This is the type of response you may revive when you voice your dissatisfaction in the services you received. Instead of fixing the issue, things like “you’re a liar” and “say it to my face” may come from these professionals.

I got a pedicure on Friday June 28th at around 11:30 on seat 9. I was told to sit down, but there was a bag of cold water in the basin. I chose not to put my get in until the tech next to my seat told me that was my water. I put my feet in and the water was cold and not oscillating. Then the fun began😡. The person who did my pedicure asked me to put my feet in the water. I told her the water was cold and I was not sure if it was clean. She rolled her eyes and turned on the hot water. Only hot. Still no oscillating was happening so I slowly started to move the water around to stop from getting scalded and she snapped, “ what are you doing?”. Again, I explained that my feet were being scalded and she rolled her eyes again and then put on an oscillating device in the bag of water. She starts to do my pedicure, but does not ask me what I want, does not introduce herself or ask me what color I want. She starts to scrub my foot and before she starts she says can you hold up your own leg. I did that. Finally she snaps at me 5 different times to put my foot down. I don’t know what the means because my feet were not on the pedestal. Finally, she just starts pushing down my foot with her very long sharp nails over and over again. Before she is done she gets one warm towel to wipe off the lotion on both legs. The client next to me was also getting a basic pedicure and she started her pedicure before me and was sitting with two warm towels after I left. This entire pedicure took about 15 minutes and 6 minutes were spent curing and applying the gel. I have gone to this place many times since it opened, but never again. Please think about hiring people with a professional attitude in the future. I do not owe anything to this young woman. If she hates doing pedicures, please move her to a different location.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. Mostly for full sets or fills. But occasional pedicures.
Vicki/John do a very well job. Highly recommend them. They listen and try to do the art/desgin you desire. Sometimes the wait can be long, that’s why I always do an appointment. I always leave satisfied and I will keep coming back. 😄
I wish they took card though!

I went here to get my nails done for prom. I came with my mom and my six-year-old sister. We all got full sets. I am so happy with the way my nails turned out. they were all so kind. I got acrylic french tips with sparkle taco and they turned out so good. My younger sister got hot pink gel, And my mother got super cute acrylics. .They really make sure you get your nails just the way you want them. And they do the best they can to copy an exact replica of your reference. We came in around 2 or 3 as a walk in, and they got us all in almost immediately. Definitely better to walk in rather than make an appointment. I am so so grateful that this business exists definitely will come back again!
