Changing my previous 5 star review to 1 star. Poor management let my favorite nail tech go do to ridiculous circumstances. Other nail techs I have tried here were not very good, one cut my finger when doing my manicure and become hostile towards me when I requested him to redo my french tip because the job was sloppy. Unfortunate that they let Katy go, I will never be back.

I have been coming here for the past 6 months and have consistently had amazing nails from Katy C! Katy is hands down the best tech to ever do my nails. She goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.

I had seen another tech who I was not impressed with, but when I needed them fixed I saw Katy and I’ve been seeing her since! 5 stars to Katy!!!

I truly can’t recommend Katy enough! I go to BeeQ Downtown specifically to see her and have zero regrets. She’s incredibly talented and somehow turns my nail art dreams into reality in a matter of minutes. And, as someone with weaker nails, I know it can be a little tricky to find someone you trust with your nails. Katy is so careful and kind and has helped me find options that work best for me (and look amazing). She’s a gem 🙂

Really good experience! The employees are all so sweet and accommodating. Pricing is slightly above average compared to other salons, but the customer service, treatment, and quality are above average- so it levels out. Would recommend coming in for any kind of self-care treatment! Love the way my nails turned out.
