My complaint is they overbook themselves far too often. I have on numerous occasions, made an appointment well in advance. Only to arrive and have to wait an hour+ to be seen for my appointment.
My last visit basically has pushed me away from ever visiting again.
I had made my appointment at the beginning of the week, for an appointment on Fri at 4:30pm. When I arrive, I’m told I’ll need to wait. Which is fine, I understand and I’m okay with waiting. But no time frame or anything. I waited an hour & half to be seen for my pedicure.
Then after I had my nails done, which were super rushed. My tech cut me so many times with the drill which usually never happens. Then proceeded to tell me, it’s because I was moving and kept jerking my hands away from me.
I did not leave the salon till 9pm, which is way past their closing hours. I was the last customer to leave.
I had asked why my appointment was pushed when I made it well in advance? They laughed and just said their appointments were complicated customers who asked for a lot.
This is no excuse and I’m honestly upset of the little care they give for a returning customer.
Do not overbook yourself if you do not have the techs to cover the work. 😮💨
Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
I will be telling my friends.
