pricing is absolutely ridiculous, products that were a lot more expensive were used when it wasn’t what I asked for. the guy who did my nails kept cutting me and then forced me to choose a different design because the one I chose he “couldn’t do” (it was brown French tips..) my nails are still in pain and I got them done over a week ago. most of them has fallen off

My tech did a pedicure and gel polish manicure for me. The service was wonderful. I accidentally messed up a toe, didn’t even notice and she made sure to fix it. She is also very gentle handed. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, very nice and goes above and beyond when it comes to cleaning my hang nails, cuticles and the massage with black stone. #2 service on their sheet. Had a mother/daughter date and we got water when we walked in and sat us down. Hard to understand but that’s ok the massage and cheese grater (that’s what I call it) is always the best feeling for bother mother and daughter.

If I could give less I would. I really thought that this place would be my new “place” but they are money hungry and do not want to deliver the proper services. Inconsistent prices: Price jumps from 35 to 55 for a simple pedicure, I wanted regular polish on my nails, first time he quoted me one price then when it was time to choose he trying to force me to get gel/shellac, then goes to say well no matter what you get it still 55…. I did not feel like a valued customer. The women seem like they are under the spell of the “alpha male” he was so busy critiquing their work, he wasn’t able to give his best work. On top of that, the very next day my nails (3 on one hand 2 on the other) fell off or were very loose, he wanted to charge me to redo them. So on top of doing poor work, he didn’t want to make things right by just fixing the nail. Very unfortunate because a couple of the ladies did good nails. Just save yourself the stress, go somewhere else. I just wanted to do something for myself and if I wasn’t getting racist vibes (with the comments), I felt like I bother just for advocating. Oh then he cuts my cuticle and say that i did it myself… Like i was doing my own nails.. Ugh i am so over it… I will NEVER go back.. & I will not recommend. If you are not spending the highest dollar, or if you have an opinion/preference… do not go here. They don’t care about the customers.

They are extremely racist they prioritize their white costumers and will refuse to do your nails again/ refund you if they come off the next day. Got my nails done here the day after the 4th of July and the guy who did my nails cut me and blamed it on me. I even voiced that I didn’t like my nails but I still paid. They came off literally the day after. I paid in full 112$
