I have been here 3 times before and the other two times had been great. But this last time wasn’t. When you ask for a mani and pedi two people will work on you which is okay, but it felt a little rushed. Next, I didn’t realize this until later but they did not use new clean tools on me. Meanwhile the person doing my nails was a younger man who had a runny nose and kept wiping his nose with his hands while doing my nails. I should’ve stopped them there. It was gross. I had asked the person who was doing my pedi for some alcohol for my hands. The color selection is great but I probably won’t be going back for the unsanitary reasons. They charge extra for more than one color.

OMG OMG me and my friend went in there to get our toes and nails done. They were laughing at my friends practically the whole time. The lady was so rude to me. Trying to shut me up. I did not like this place very very bad my friends and I will not be back there.

Horrible service on my daughter’s nails yesterday!! The lady said they take Apple Pay but didn’t say anything about an extra charge $1.50 for using Apple Pay on top of them saying it would be $50 for one simple color and a diamond on the fingers. They ended up charging $60 plus the $1.50. Never again will I ever go there!!!!

I gave them a second chance yesterday and was so pleasantly surprised. My pedicure was fabulous the technician was great. We were not rushed at all. Went with two friends and they also were so happy. We’ve tried 4 other places and this is our favorite by far.

Absolutely NOT! Felt like I was running a race the whole time. Hand slapping instead of saying other hand. Not even looking for a please but sheeesh. Gel nails already chipped hasn’t even been 24 hours. No more ENERGY TEA FOR Y’ALL
