I was very very very disappointed with my service today. I went in for a pedicure. I’m originally from Illinois and pay $90 for a pedicure which I don’t mind if it’s great. I go in and get a $45 dollar pedicure with Shellac which is an extra $15. He didn’t do anything that I asked of him. I didn’t get the hot towels nor the scrub. I didn’t get what I was supposed to get. I’m a nail tech myself, but I don’t my own pedicures because I like going to get my feet pampered. Even though I didn’t enjoy the pedicure I still left a $10 tip.

I’m a customer and I’ve learned with this place you need to call in advance so you won’t be waiting an hour or two or have to come back. They need to learn to answer their phones. On a positive note once you sit down they do your nails so right. I tried going other places and I have to keep coming back here.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Poor technique & paint job. It seams all other services are done by a technician with more experience. Customers who received Nail extension and brow waxing were happy with the work and they were in and out. Me in the other hand, was not. LoL that’s what I get for trying new places
