I’ve been to this place aprox. 4 times . The first three times were really good. I went here last night to get my nails done. They sat me with Tim. I’m assuming Tim is new because of how nervous he seemed (constantly looking for validation and asking multiple questions). Which is ok with me. His first mistake happened when he did not give me the shape I wanted, and I guess he was taking too long for Ms. Tina (another mail tech who had finished someone that came in after me). So Ms. Tina began talking to him in their native language and he got up. At which point, Tina began doing my nails. She had to rebuild the nail with acrylic because Tim took too much off while filing. I wanted a shape in between square and coffin. Tina got the shape ok, but it was sloppy on some nails because some nails were longer, some were built crooked, which I told her. She assured me she would file it to the right shape. She then asked me to get up and move from Tim’s station to Her station. While at her station she was rushing because she had another client who was drying her toes, despite many times I told her that my shape and length was not right , and they were crooked. Finally she sends me back over to Tim , so he can paint my nails. I wanted French tips, with black and red designs, which I expressed to the nail tech sitting next to Tim, because he did not understand English to well, which was okay . I also expressed it to Tina. Well tim began my French tips and it came out disastrous. Which I attribute to him being new. My polish was lumpy! So the mail tech that I originally expressed the design I wanted ended up coming over to talk to him, and help him find the red and black colors.. at which point I was very disappointed at how my nails came out, and told them it’s okay, I’m ready to leave now. The second male tech told Tim to move so he could finish it and do my top coat. Well he did the top coat on all my fingers except my thumb which I hadn’t noticed until I got home. While he was doing the top coat he kept shaking his head and saying he is so sorry, I’m guessing because he knew my nails were not acceptable. So overall three people did my nails, all of which were different sizes, and shapes, crooked, and lumpy polish, not completed, and not the design I originally asked for due to me wanting to leave the establishment. So now it’s time for me to pay. I have no issues paying or tipping generously. But Tim was attempting to charge my $70 for that set. I did not feel the service I received was worth $70, not even the $25 they used to be worth back in the day. Needless to say, be careful, they may seat you with the new person and not listen to any concerns you have to correct the mistakes made, and still make you pay full price . I asked Tina if she felt my nails were acceptable , to which she said yes. So I asked the patron who’s nails she was doing if theirs was acceptable and she said “WHAT IS THAT?”… at which point Tina knocked the price down to $60.

I have been coming to Bebe nails for 15 years. Ever since they open there doors. I started out with Van who did my nails and pedicure. Then her husband Tim took me as his client which they both did an excellent job. I had no complaints. They no longer work there so now I have a wonderful nail tech. I just let her do whatever design or color she want I trust her she a very nice and pleasant person. I have the BEST nail tech she also do my husband mani and pedi. If she not available I will get Tina to do my nails. The staff is very nice. Bebe nails salon is always clean and neat. Keep up the great work My Linh. 😍❤️🥰

I don’t like writing bad reviews, however I like to be honest about my experience to help others make a decision on receiving a service/buying a product.
I did not have a good experience here. My nails look terrible. Each nail is a different shape and thickness. My toes aren’t any better. The prices are to high. They don’t match the service I received. $30 for a gel polish change?? Too much. I will not be returning.

I go to this place all the time and most of the people that work there do a good job. However yesterday, I came in and I had the idea of getting a tan French tip with a clear pink base and designs on 4 fingers (2 left 2 right) with a gold glitter and brown polish. At first the lady told me that it would cost $3 more to use 3 different colors, which is fine because as long as I want it the price is not my biggest concern. I asked her to start with the clear pink after she had my 3 colors and she looked at me crazy and said that it would cost too much (what kind of business would tell you that – I mean I came in offering my money…) and she says “just let me polish your nails, which color on which nail?”. At that moment I became speechless because I know I didn’t walk in the nail salon asking for nails salons and the nail technician said no to a nail request. I could see if she said no to an acrylic service because of the health of my nails but she said no to the design. I thought about getting up and leaving without paying but my conscience wouldn’t let me and I ended up just getting a clear pink set, paying and leaving unsatisfied. If you want your nails done by nail techs that aren’t lazy and rude, please just go somewhere else.
