The 1 star rating is for Customer Service. I wanted to make an appt for a haircut. I left a message and never received a call back. Apparently they do not need any new customers. They should add it to their message so people don’t waste their time

I do not recommend this place. I got my hair colored and the results were nothing that I wanted. I then went back a second time and she colored it and only blow dried a piece and left me that way because she had no time, I left with my hair wet. I still didn’t like the result and spoke to the owner and she did not care to fix the problem or refund me. She said she is just the owner the stylist work on there own. A salon should be based on satisfying their clients and I paid over $200 for a horrible job twice. This place is a joke!

Marcelia always comes great with the hair. I always change and have new ideas and she makes it happen!! So happy I found the Beauty Parlor. My only hair salon.

I had went to a place in Walmart and they did nothing I asked. They pretty much messed up my hair. So, I went here and omg it is amazing. My hair is so shiney and the color looks amazing. I had my hair layered and highlighted and she even curled it at the end. It looks amazing. Better than ever. Plus, she is very very nice and even talks to you which I found pretty much every other place doesn’t talk to you at all while they do you hair.

I’ve been going here for years and have only had excellent service. Yvonne and Rita are quick and knowledgeable about many styles. Yvonne is terrific with my friend who has dementia.
