Never again willingly go here! Its the worst place in Waterbury… It’s ghetto, dirty. When I complained to the owner that the nail tech shaved my nails to low and cut my cuticles back to far, she became aggressive and told me I talk to much, I’m rude and in my opinion they should be shut down. I voiced valid concerns and they didn’t care about the damage they caused to my nails. They Don’t deserve anyone’s hard working money at all!!

Worst nail salon in wtby . 10/10 do not recommend . I was here for over 2 hrs for a full set with french tip. I’m not sure if it was his first day on the job or what. His hands were shaking the whole time they were sweaty and in return my nails are lumpy and my cuticles are bleeding . I asked for short almond nails. All my nails are different lengths and shapes . I told myself just trust the process but nope. I picked 4 colors and they didn’t have any of them so settled on just getting a chrome powder. The picture I showed was an ombré and my nails are a thin French tip with chrome powder everywhere but where it should be. I will NEVER return.

It was my day off from work so I decided to treat myself.
As a walk-in, I requested a gel polish pedicure and manicure with nail tips. Friday after 12pm I was the only customer at that time. I work standing on my feet all day, so getting my feet done was a reward to myself. The young man who did my Mani & Pedi was pleasant and efficient. He did a excellent job.The services provided were well worth the price. I will use their service at least once a month since I am on a budget.☺️

Beauty nails spa has never disappointed me. Hannah always does any nail design that I ask for, and my nail shape is always on point. She doesn’t rush and makes sure you are happy with what your getting done. Kathy does my friends nails and she also does a great job. Worth going to if you’re in the Waterbury area.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I always go to the same salon but I decided to try a new place today. As soon as I walk in the lady got straight to me. The first inconvenience I confronted was that she did not have the color I wanted so I had to pick a different shade but no big deal I pick another. I had asked for long coffin red French tip acrylic nails and I got the opposite. The lady cut down my nails way too short, They barely pass over my finger tips. I thought I would trust the process but no. When she’s filing my nails she was super rough and my cuticles were all bleeding and my skin was ripped. The acrylic application was atrocious and chunky. When she’s done my French tips are super thick and look more like the entire nail is supposed to be red. I also could not tell the difference between the blood coming out of my cuticles or the color on my nails, that is how much I bled. I get home and my fingers are sore and continue to bleed. I truthfully can say this is the worst job and nail tech has done on my nails. I will never go back to this nail salon. Piece of advice of the day is DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CUTICLES AND NAIL BED. I will be booking a appointment with my usual nail tech to see if she can fix the big mess that my nails are right now.
