Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience at this nail salon. As a queer person, I was not only treated disrespectfully but also openly discriminated against.

During my visit, I was bullied and yelled at. They tried to charge me extra money, and the staff exhibited extreme homophobia. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation through a personal conversation on-site, my concerns were met with complete lack of understanding and consideration. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, I was continuously insulted and threatened.

Particularly shocking was that I was repeatedly told there was camera surveillance in the store, although there was no sign indicating this. This caused additional discomfort and reinforced the feeling of having my privacy violated. Whether the camera actually exists or if it was just a threat remains unclear.

This traumatic experience was especially distressing since I merely wanted to raise a legitimate complaint. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated this way, and I hope that other queer individuals and potential customers are warned.

I’ve been to 3-4 nail salons in Berlin trying to find a good one. I visited here for the first time cuz of the good reviews, and it’s definitely better than the others.
The guy who did my nails were fast, accurate, and skilled. I asked them to be careful when cutting cuticles since I have so easy-bleeding cuticles, and I don’t think it was reflected but still it was so much better than the other shops so I don’t want to take the stars off because of that! Hopefully they’ll be more careful next time.
Thank you for the service today, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Not sure how this place has such a good rating.. i went for pedicure today and first of all, the files and everything they use is not new for each costumer or disinfected. The technician spent exactly 1 minute on scrubbing feet and removing dry skin. No cuticles were removed. He looked like he was in a rush. I asked to be more detailed but he ignored me. After i was done with feet i suppose to do hands but i rather decided to leave because this service here was extremely poor! I still had to pay, they offered me 5€ discount on this..

It’s the second time that I come here because a friend recommended it, and each time I leave so happy with how incredible my nails look and also got many compliments on them!
And the staff is super kind, talented and attentive 🙂

I get my nails done here monthly and I would like to say, that every time I leave the salon extremely happy and satisfied with my nails. The girl I usually get my nails done with is really nice, listens carefully and does her job greatly. You have to usually mention, that you want a manicure, they do it really carefully and well. The only reason, why I didn’t put 5 stars, would be the waiting time, because regardless of the appointment being at a specific time, the person usually has to wait sometimes up to 30+ minutes, because there are no free masters available, but I also understand it’s not the salons fault, just why accept so many appointments if you’re not capable of handling it all at the right time, it really angers people and pushes them away, so I hope this issue will be fixed soon.
Regardless of that, will definitely be coming back for more beautiful and professional nails, thank you guys for the extremely hard work!
