The service was great. I got a full acrylic set. I ussualy get them long. Got a French tip using regular polish. Almost all my nails look like this. I go back an ask them to fix them. They blamed it on the nail polish. But would fix them if i pd for a fill. After going there i was asked where i went an many women told me to never go there.

This was THE WORST and shortest 10 minute pedicure I’ve ever had. I was a licensed tech several years ago so I know the protocol and this guy had no idea what he was doing. He let my feet soak for less than 3 minutes while he went to grab his things. When he sat down and didn’t say anything at all it became awkward so I asked his name and he said his name was “Huong”. On both feet he cut the nails on my big toe and the toe next to it so short it hurt. He never used a nail file at any point, and when he used the tool to scrape under the nails it was painful so I told him and he just stopped. He used the exfoliator brush for about 30 seconds on each foot and then just tried to rub dead skin off with warm wet towels. He stood up and a woman sat down so I assumed she was the owner and maybe he was still learning. I thought she was going to finish what obviously still needed to be done…but she just started to polish them! Today those 4 toes are sore, red and puffy on the sides.

I wanted a natural manicure with a clear polish. She went so fast that she cut my finger with a rough emery board. She said sorry and continued. I had to tell her I was hurt. She put some drops on it that made it sting. My finger tip is red and puffy. The shaping is not good, had to redo at home. I might go again but only if they are not busy and can give me the time needed to do a better job.
