As a person who likes to give great reviews for good service it’s also important to give a review when service is poor . Today was that day . Went in with an appointment to get myself and my daughter each a pedi and dip fill . Not sure what happened but I had a tech I never had before ( huong ) who was aggressive with her pedicure and when I showed her pictures of what I would like ( v French or ombré ) she first tried to tell me to use it natural nail when I asked for tips as my nails curl and break and then instead of dip she convinced me to get acrylic nails as they are better per her and I ended up with a very small basic French nail versus what I asked for and then was charged more than I ever was before ( been going here for years ) when the owner came over to see what I was questioning she sided with her tech when she knew I asked for dip and basically said next time stick to what you want . Well I asked for dip your tech told me to do acrylic and then doesn’t give me what I wanted despite a picture ! Very disappointed as someone who has come here for years .

I’ve had these nails on for one week and one already broke off and the gel on top has chipped off. Also wouldn’t recommend getting french tips here

Uneven, wide and not filled to the top of the mail bed which will show growth quick? Disappointed and it cost $62 for a full set dip. I will not come back

Lisa is the best!! I’ve been regularly getting my acrylic sets done by her and she’s great. Not only does she do a great job with my nails, but she’s also super quick and so sweet!! She is so respectful and really cares about her customers 🙂
