I came in first thing on a Friday morning to get a manicure. I was getting a full set and asked them to cut down my real nails because I wanted tips. The man that was doing my nails, cut my real nails down so far that he made 6 of my fingers bleed. They use that horrible nail cutter and don’t pay attention to how close they are to the skin. Then, the man had the nerve to tell me I need to say something when I had a cut…HE CUT ME! My fingers were sore and burned for days later. Also, I asked for coffin shape. I was charged $5 extra and only about half my nails are actual coffin shape. Plus a few of them are uneven and crooked. I’ve been to this nail salon a few times. My prior experiences were mediocre but this time it was horrible. It was painful and my nails honestly don’t look great. All they care about is getting people pushed through as quickly as possible. They don’t care if they hurt you or about the quality of their work. They just want your money because they are literally more expensive than most of the salons I’ve been to… There are too many good nail salons in the city to go through that pain again. I will not be returning here. I’ve shared a picture of a few of my fingers still slightly bleeding when I left the salon. At that point, I had already washed my hands a few times trying to get the bleeding to stop and clean under my nails.

I am very satisfied with the service at this nail salon! Kimmie is truly an amazing artist. She is not only skillful but also very dedicated and thoughtful.
