I always come here for mani and pedis but this time the lady messed up and by the picture u can see how it ended up. I’m not mad at it because I understand mistakes happen but im more upset at the owner. She didn’t even apologize for this. She literally acted like nothing happen. I was not looking for a discount or anything but sheesh atleast apologize for the inconvenience. I think it’s the principal for me. The customer service really surprised me. A simple “I apologize” from the owner would’ve been fine with me instead of acting like nothing happened smh.

Not sure what happened to this place. I did my nails multiple times in this place and everything was fine. My nail expert was Anne. I tried to book with her again but she was not listed on the website so I chose random technician last week to do my nails. After 2 days my gel started to come off. I could simply tear off the gel without any effort and it came off the nail with ease. I think it’s because my technician was not skilled enough to deal with the cuticle. I’m so disappointed. I’m not going to spend 75$ plus tips for something that only lasts a couple of days. Not coming back.

I want to start out by saying that I really wanted to like this place! I have only been here once before but for a different service and didn’t have any issues. I came here 11 days ago to get a nail fill in. I got a new set of nail extensions last month at a different place which was 4 weeks old. I didn’t have ANY issues with those nails, it was clearly time for a fill in. I was a walk in, and waited an hour. I wasn’t sure if it was originally gel or acrylic, so we went with gel. After the nail tech did each nail it burned every time I put it in under UV lamp. I was reassured this was normal. Still doubtful. After she filed them, and appeared to be finished I thought they were too bulky and thick. I asked her to file them down. She cut me twice near the cuticle with the nail drill. I was not sure about my nails after she painted them but I went with it. The next two days, my nails were getting caught in hair and clothes as if they were never done- like they usually get towards the end when you need to get your nails done because they start growing out. I came back and they filed them down thinner. I still felt something was off. In the past few days 2 nails started lifting, and one fell off today. I went back to see how they can fix because this was my third time there in under two weeks. She said she can redo them but charged me for a fill in with a 20% off. I didn’t think this was fair as now it was going to be a total of $80 + for these nails. I asked for Chrome polish and she said that was going to be an extra $15. I asked her if she can throw it in for free since I was paying again for the nails and she talked me out of it saying it won’t last. I asked her for a simple nail design and she did two fingers. I asked her for 4 fingers and she didn’t sound happy but did it. I also asked for a silver line and she did it but was obviously annoyed. In the end she said it was $35 with a 20% off. Instead of charging me $28 flat which it was supposed to be and I was playing cash they charged me $28.35 because their system only let them do 10% off each time for a total of two discounts which was very annoying to me with the sequence of events that preceded. The LEAST they could have done is charged me $28 flat but the principle of it really put me over the edge. Needless to say I will not be returning because they clearly do not care about quality & honest work or retaining loyal customers.

Technician was Janneth. First time customer. Nice person but not skilled with uv gel and painting. I feel bad because I wanted to like it. I was charged 75 dollars minus a pity discount so paid 67. Don’t recommend.

I decided to try a new place and regret it. While getting my pedicure the female tech coughed the entire time. When she did my hands she insisted I had acrylic tips or powder and they were not. It was my natural nail with gel, she was shocked when she removed the gel to see I was telling the truth. I had long natural square nails and I asked her to change the shape to round. She changed the shape to almond and when I said something she said she misheard me. I asked her to fix them to round and she said only way to do so was to make them shorter. She started to quickly file them down and was quite rough about it. My nails are so short now that they hurt. At check out the nail tech still tried to tell me I told her almond shape. They gave me $10 off and this does not compensate for the pain in my fingers and the time I now have to spend waiting for my nails to grow back. Waiting for a manager to call me back.
