Went in for a haircut. My stylist was Erin. She immediately chopped off too much hair and cut it too short. I was clearly upset, which at that point the GM came and stepped in. She then decided to take over because I no longer wanted Erin touching my hair. I showed her the pictures I came in with of what I had desired, and they basically gaslighted me and said “she pretty much cut it exactly as the picture you showed. she may have cut it about an inch too short, but it’s just an inch.” Just an inch? Where are all of my straight women? We KNOW an inch is a big deal. Do not try to make it seem as if your inexperience is somehow my fault. And it was more like 3! I went to a different salon a few days later to have some weight taken out, as my hair is very thick. She then showed me the biggest chunk of hair taken out of my head!!!! If the general manager of this place does this to hair, what would make anyone trust any of their stylists?!?! Completely unprofessional, untalented stylists. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR. THEY WILL RUIN IT. They have no clue what they are doing. MORONS. I’ll attach what I asked for and what I got.

Spent my Sunday at the Shiloh beauty brands with Amy. When I got there this morning, she was ready for me! She had different color options laid out based on what was in my profile from prior appointments with different people. I showed her my inspiration pics and she was confident it could happen. Lifted for balayage, all over color, and then added the red to the lifted areas. Cut and eyebrow tint. Overall, due to how thick my hair is, it was a five appointment. Amy made the time fly by. If you want someone truly passionate about coloring hair Amy is your woman! Years and Years of experience in the industry. A balayage is an expensive investment. It is worth the price to have Amy complete it. The entire staff at the Shiloh beauty brands are amazing!

Got a massage with the new massage therapist Dana and it was AMAZING! So relaxing and good vibes for sure. There was dim lighting, soft music and the table was heated.

First time going to this salon and it was amazing! Amy did my hair..it was a color correction and she did an absolute amazing job! Paid attention to what I wanted. Was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Very professional but very friendly and funny! Best salon I’ve been to in years! Amy definitely will have my business!
