I want to start this review by saying that before I scheduled my haircut I SPECIFICALLY asked them, “can you guys do curly hair?” And after putting on hold for like 20 minutes they told me yes. Spoiler alert they can NOT do curly hair. I arrive at the place and show my stylist how I want my hair to look, a textured wolf cut is what I usually get. I even show him a picture of what I am looking for, so there is NO WAY they can possibly mess it up right? They messed it up, very badly. I borderline have an afro now, and can do nothing about it. I don’t even have enough length to really style it as anything other than that either. They messed up my hair so bad they gave me two 20% off coupons, one to use now, and one to use later, as if I would ever let these people even come near my hair again. The ONLY reason Im giving this place of liars anything above a one star review is because the person who cut my hair, Andrew, was very comforting and kind throughout the entire haircut. Which is something I cannot say to some of the other people in the place. One of the barbers upon seeing the monstrosity on my head and hearing how it was not to my liking said, “Eh, It’ll grow back.” That is one of the RUDEST AND MOST INCONSIDERATE THINGS I HAVE EVER HEARD FROM A BARBER. SHE DOESN’T HAVE TO WALK AROUND FOR 3 MONTHS LOOKING LIKE JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE FROM NSYNC. If you have anything other than straight hair, DO NOT touch this place, this is without hyperbole worst haircut I have ever gotten.

Caleb is a gem. Excellent skills, did what I wanted, made me look and feel good again. You get what you pay for, and his experience is worth every penny for my long, thick, mane-like hair. Feeling more like a human today for sure.

Andrew did such an amazing job with my haircut, as always! He has also done my color, which was not needed this time. He is the best!!!

I had an amazing experience with Alex! She is so knowledgeable about skin care and is so incredibly kind!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my facial from her. I left with my skin feeling so glowy and soft. 10/10!!! If you go, ask for Alex!!!!! ☺️

I walked into Beauty Brands as a normal woman and walked out A CHANGED WOMAN. I got a 30 minute facial from Alex and when I tell you that you need to book a facial with Alex right now, I MEAN IT. Alex took the time to learn about my skin before hand, and asked me exactly what I wanted to get out of my facial. I really struggle with sensitive skin, and usually everything breaks me out. Though, with Alex’s knowledge and attention to detail she used the perfect combination of products and treatments for me! She is so knowledgable, patient, and kind. If you book with Alex, I can guarantee that you’ll leave not only with glowing skin, but with confidence! Thank you Alex!
