I cannot recommend Jenes and her salon, Beautiful Nails, enough. Visiting Jenes is always a pleasure, and she truly takes the time to get to know her clients and cater to their needs. The work-womenship is always flawless and backed by a guarantee. I’ve chipped a nail a week after my mani called her up and she said, “Can you be here in 30 minutes?” It’s just that simple. She does not nickel and dime her customers, and her pricing is transparent on her booking platform. The ease of the booking platform makes setting and rescheduling your appointments a breeze. She’s been voted the Best In The Sierras, and it shows. I’ve visited nail salons around the country, and in my opinion, none of them have ever been as enjoyable, nor has the end product been comparable. You will not find a better place to get your nails done, period.

I literally can’t ever leave Reno now because Jenes is officially the only one allowed to do my nails! Great job and a great person to talk to!

Amazing manicure! Lien is so detailed and has great products. I feel like this manicure is going to last forever. Honestly surprised from how inexpensive the price was. Probably one of the best applications I’ve ever had. Everyone at the salon was super nice too and I liked how the owner treated her staff with a lot of respect (vs some other salons I’ve gone to where they were so stressed they were yelling at each other).

The girl I originally booked with ended up being sick but amazing miss Jenes was kind enough to add me to her own book so I could get my mani-pedi done the same day I originally booked for.
