I paid over a $100 for a gel manicure and pedicure. My manicure looks like this two days later… The polish has chipped away on half of my fingers already and keeps chipping away everyday. Used to love this place not sure if I’ll be returning now.

I went in for a fill in that I was told would cost $45 and it was an awful experience that no customer should have to endure the nail tech was awful he cut my nails to short and uneven even though I told him the length that I wanted. When I told him that I only wanted tips he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and the rest of the nail techs started talking to him in their language and began questioning me about what I wanted when I tried to explain they all started talking to me like they were drunk and I was a problem I asked them how much it would cost for him to clear everything off my nails so I could leave I was given a cost of $40 dollars look at my photos and see why I had a problem with that now for the good part they called the police and locked the door I was held hostage for about one hour until the police arrived before the police arrived I was given a price of $35 dollars for what he had already done however I told them that I would pay when the police got there and I did. The technician that called the police (the one in the first photo) appeared to be the leader kept telling me over and over how she knew Virginia law uh duh?
She was the one that told her version to the officers one of the officers did the sign for crazy before he went to view the video of the incident apparently from what he told me and his nonverbal actions he only viewed the first part in my opinion he already thought that I had my nails done and wanted to leave without paying?
The tech that messed up my nails told me that my natural nails were acrylic (the one in the picture that is standing and what appears to be hiding behind the black fixture.
DO NOT BITE THE HANDS THAT FEED YOU!
Will somebody tell me why they think I owed them $35 because I don’t see why?
AVOID THIS SHOP IT IS THE SHOP OF HORRORS

My first time with them today very nice and welcoming I walked in and asked if anyone was free and could do a fill or eyebrow and they got right to me I see the mixed reviews from people but to me no shop is perfect everyone makes mistakes and atleast this place apologizes from what I can see and also offers to fix the problem free of charge and owner stated if you bring something to his attention right then and there he will correct the problem . The girl that came in with the gray medical boot on today I will be seeing you guys again ! And very patient with me due to me having to walk slow

Excellent nail spa! I felt so loved and pampered! I got the liquid gel/hard gel manicure and gel pedicure services. I had the volcano spa pedicure and I was treated to an amazing comfortable massage chair and a glass of moscato. The nail tech Victoria was kind and patient and never rushed me even though I was one of the last ones out that night. I love my nails and I can’t wait to go back and have another pampering experience. The decor is so cute and fancy. They did a great job with this place! Keep up the great work!
