Cynthia puts so much time and love in doing my pedicure. She just makes me feel soo comfortable while servicing me. Every time i come to nails and spa, she needs to be my personal tech! She’s very communicative about what she’s doing and why she’s doing it. I love love her!

Cynthia did an amazing job on my pedicure and nail dip today. She is so personable and she really does put your mind and body at ease as she works on your hands and feet. She has great energy, she takes her time to paint your toes; she does not paint your skin, and she does not put the polish on thick. She is one of the only reasons I still give Beautiful Nails my business. She is a great asset to your company.

I drive 45 minutes just to come here for servicing. Today, I received the best pedicure I’ve had in a long, long time. Cynthia really took her time servicing me and was highly professional and personable. You absolutely can’t go wrong with anyone working here, especially Cynthia and Enzel.

I have been going to this nail shop since I moved here which is only 2 months bc I was told this was the best, Well….. I love my pedicures but everytime I come to get my nails done (filled) I somehow get the new person, and I don’t want to say anything ugly BUT I am paying good money and I walk out really dissatisfied l. I finally at my limit of letting it go. I have nails that are crooked lumpy, divots around the cuticle edge from the drill and I want to like them but being a nail tech back from 1994 I notice the things missed or not done correctly etc. please please inform customers if someone is new or practicing bc I feel I have gotten ugly nails and now I am heading out of town for the holiday with tacky lumpy crooked nails. Again everyone is so sweet and kind I just don’t like my nails at all and would like them to be redone but having to celebrate with the imperfections. Thank you.

Cynthia Is AMAZING!!! Super sweet and made the experience so enjoyable!! Very professional I was on a time crunch and she got me in and out and made sure to still perform the best service!!! The BEST pedicure i’ve ever had in Jonesboro!!
