Horrible service. Rude. I asked for square round nails and he never fixed. You can clearly see he never cleaned around cuticle. Threw polish on my nails and never smoothed out. Don’t go here. I wasted $45.on a gel fill. Definitely not beautiful nails

All I can say is New York Nick! This is literally all I have been asking for and this guy gets it. He did exactly what I asked for paid such attention to detail and was so interesting to talk to. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for an expert nail tech.

Very Rude Nail Techs!! Worse experience of my life! They first tried to lie and say i couldn’t get my nails done a certain type of technique (sculpture) when in all actuality they just didn’t want to spend time doing it. When i stated i get my nails done this way at that shop all the time they proceeded to change their minds. Then they decided to say they will charge me $20 extra because the length i want is long. I do not like long nails and i would say my nails are short/medium length. (Pics attached) But definitely not long. I proceeded to tell the nail tech she applied the acrylic crooked on my nail. Instead of her fixing it she kept trying to work over it and “file it straight” i had to tell her at least 8 times. She then tried to blame it on my finger being crooked which is a lie. I have never had this issue before. She then decided to get her coworker (whom i will refer to as second nail tech) involved to agree with her that my nail wasn’t crooked. So i asked another customer to confirm for me and the customer also confirmed it was crooked. The Second Nail tech then proceeds to try to roughly file my nail and it was still crooked. Once i said this she got upset and shoved the nail file in my hand and told me to fix it myself then. I explaIned that i am the customer and shouldn’t have to fix their mistakes. 40 minutes later its still not fixed and all they did was apply more acrylic on top to which that did absolutely nothing.
As you can see from my picture my cuticles were overly knicked at from the electric file due to her applying acrylic on my cuticles and having the nail file speed too high.
This was A rush job turned into an absolute disaster and bad experience for me. I do not recommend this nail shop for anyone! The lady who did my nails has a short reddish brown bob like hairstyle and typically is in the back doing eyebrows. The second nail tech also has a short hair bob that is black.
I am surprised this place is still operating.
Would give 0 stars. The fact i have to give 1 star is just google being nice.

I HAD MY NAILS DONE 6 DAYS AGO BY THE BEW MANAGER/OWNER.. ir took 4 hours for a mani Spa pedi and a full set! She ran around answering phones checking people out taking appointments over the phone and not writing anything down!! This is why it took 4 hours!! Then ITS NOW SUBDAY NIGHT AND ALMOST ALL MY FINGERS HAVE HORRIBLE HANG NAILS. I’m on vacation this is horrible!!

Decided to start with a fresh set…shoutout to KIM‼️‼️She did a fabulous job and I love my nails and eyebrows 😍😍 Definitely pay her a visit 😊😊
