First visit to this nail bar I was told there’d be a 10min wait for nails. I waited 25min alongside other people.

They started with soaking my nails and left me sat there for a further 20min with wrinkly fingers because there were 2 staff to 5 customers. Swapping between us all based on what looked like who was likely to speak up about the time it was taking and seeing to those customers first.

They disagreed with me when I asked for my toenails to be shorter assuming I’d only be wearing open toe shoes for the next few weeks.

Second visit pretty much the same treatment. Thought it was worth giving them the benefit of the doubt. No 👎 I’ve had my nails on a week, 2 broken, bumpy, thick, poor quality.

There are several other nail bars along Carlton Hill, go to one of them x

Unfortunately nails done wrong. Fogged up. Staff in a hurry, inaccurate. While I was sitting in the chair, other people came in. They promised to take care of them in 10 minutes, and buk race against time. Therefore, the nails were inaccurately done. Here it is quantity that counts, not quality unfortunately
