. I keep trying to give chances because i like the area and proximity to home. But Excessive overcharge. $20 extra for French tip on top of an already $80 set. The manicure is not a part of the full set service which is wild. How are you going to apply nails on unprepped hands? Everything is extra this extra that and the sets don’t even last. My toe nails always break under their gel. Idk if it’s how they cut and file or their products. Guess I’m going to become a nail tech too bc it’s not worth it. Nail salons, know your place.

I had just gotten my nails done the day before traveling to LA. Sadly, I broke one of my nails before boarding my flight. I had a photoshoot later in the week and needed to quickly fix it. I looked for places close to airport and found Beaut Nails. They were kind and helped fix it quickly. They also were diligent in trying to find the exact color so that the broken nail could match my other nails. It looked perfect. You can’t even tell that I had broken it. Thanks to Hanna and the gentleman that helped me. I really appreciate all your efforts.

I was chemically burned here due to lack of clean procedures. There was excessive callous remover cream leftover from someone else on the footrest and my ankle and wrists have lost skin during my mani pedi last week. The burn was so painful on my ankle it was the first thing I feel in the morning and last thing I feel at night for over a week. It’s going to leave a permanent scar.

Also the staff were gossiping and bitching about me when I was there. I was doing nothing but minding my own business and noticed that they were very clearly talking about me and gesturing at me. It’s a shame because the woman at the front desk was very sweet and it’s not her fault. But sadly I would not recommend this place, not after I realised I was chemically burned.

I came here to get my ombré nails filled and reshaped, I had previously gone with square nails and they kind of had a wide flare at the tips that I did not like. I called on Sunday morning when they opened and they didn’t have a chance to grab the phone but then immediately called me back! They then were able to get me in at 9:30am for an appointment, which was fantastic!

When I got there and sat down I asked for the same ombré I had (which I had gotten done at a different salon) and I asked for more of a tapered coffin look but not too tapered and showed Lindsey a picture I had on my phone. She did exactly that! She showed me three different options of pink and let me pick the one I liked and then shaped my nails to perfection!

Seriously I couldn’t be happier with my nails, they did exactly as I asked and Lindsey and I had a great chat while she worked. They were all super nice and I had a wonderful experience I will definitely be going back!
