$45 DOLLARS for a standard acrylic fill?????
I have been getting my nails done for the past few years. Just like any nail salon, I‘ve had varying results but overall I have been pleased. That is until yesterday! The price was consistently $35 unless I had extra charges (broken nail etc.). Recently it seemed to always be $40 without explanation – but yesterday it bumped up to $45. Going forward, I will not pay more than $35 dollars without an explanation of additional charges. They are big on CASH payments – makes you wonder 💭🤬

I loved the services here and Kate really did her best in presenting me the best manicure I could have. She insisted in doing the nail glitter option and I’m glad I took her suggestion. The pedicure was excellent and they were very careful with my feet as they were delicate and been through a lot through the years. It was my first pedicure and thankfully it was a great first experience! My manicure came out the shape and size I wanted and the color was what I wanted too. Kate really was careful in making sure it came out meeting my expectations.

Word of advice: be sure to be mindful of the technicians as they run your service. One of the technicians told my mother in law that she did a Glow Me Pedicure when she didn’t give her any of the additional services under that service name. She tried to tell my mother in law that she did all the massage, lotion and hot towel wrap too but we literally watched her go from scrub to nail polish. Make sure you get what you requested! It wasn’t cool that the tech either was mindless or tried to convince my mother in law that she did more work than she actually put in. My mother in law was a little disappointed she didn’t get all she expected when she requested her Glow Me Pedicure.

I usually don’t go try different nail salons for my pedicures because salons have a tendency of messing up your toenails. I was in the area and decided to give this place a try. There was a powerful fish smell when waking in but I could tolerate it so I committed to a pedicure. I didn’t wait to be seated and the used a plastic sanitary cover but the tools used didn’t seem to be sanitary (didn’t pay close attention and was preoccupied so I didn’t see if they were sanitary). She offered me a complimentary drink and I went with a mimosa (which was good). The employee that did my pedicure was nice but it was not the service I wanted. She shaped my toenails differently from how they were shaped which is interesting because I didn’t ask for them to be reshaped. The gel application was decent but since the shape of my toenail was changed I wasn’t too happy with my pedi. When it was time to pay ($50) there was no break down! Don’t really recommend this spot unless there’s no other option.

Worker was extremely rough with the filing machine on my nails. My nails were bleeding through the entire manicure and she continued to be rough. Calling it an accident is not okay if you are continuing to do the same thing. I love supporting local businesses. Because of this, I still paid for the entirety of the service.

This was extremely terrible and I have never gone to a nail salon like this.
Being nice is not enough when a clients nails are bleeding.
