I had my hair done twice by Crystal. The second time was done extremely badly. She did offer to fix it in a few days, but because of the state of my hair after she had done it, I didn’t trust her to fix it and I couldn’t go out of the house without a hat. She is a very nice person, however, I found It appalling that after I sent her a text letting her know my feelings, that she didn’t even offer a partial refund of the $190 that I spent. I got a full highlight and my hair was brassy and there were lines all over my head from where the root met the blonde, there was no blending whatsoever. I had to get it professionally redone, and even the new hair stylist said that it would’ve been the right thing to do to at least offer partial credit. I’m more disappointed than anything.

the owner is very rude and condescending she took it upon herself to sit a sign near my car, and proceeded to scream at me and holler that the sign was already there unbeknownst to her i had planned to stop in and receive a service from them but she decided to berate me instead. 10/10 i would NEVER recommend.

I’ve been using Crystal since 2013 consistently. She’s learned my hair and she knows what will work with my hair and what won’t. I don’t have to worry about anything. I just come in and sit down and let her work her magic. She’s the best around!

Zeny who owns this salon and she is very personable and kind. My wife has been with her for most her life. We make our visits here from over an hour away every month because she’s so great. I recommend her to everyone. Has coffee and water in the waiting area and a TV while waiting
