Customer Reviews:
The salon wasn’t busy when I was in, yet I still was only given one UV machine to switch between hands, and therefore, I did not feel as though each hand was able to cure long enough between coats.
I chose a gold glitter colour, and as soon as they were done, I could tell how uneven the application is of the colour. Some nails look almost translucent (not enough coats), while others are more opaque near the tip of my nail where the brush would finish with the polish, and are a visibly weaker colour near the base of my nail. (In the photos, it is most visible between my middle and ring fingers on both hands.) When I was paying, she typed four different numbers into the calculator and showed me a total but couldn’t explain the pricing, so I needed the help of another employee to explain the pricing before I paid. I also wasn’t aware that they only take debit, no credit cards whatsoever, which would be nice to alert customers to when they phone to book.
It could have been just the one tech that I had, but I am not convinced that she could see what she was doing very well, as the colour is very obviously not even across my nails. Overall, I was not pleased with the service that I received, and I will not be returning.
I unfortunately will not return, I paid over $70 for a refill that lasted 15 hours. That’s not okay. Also no designs but 1 colour. Nails were very short, strange.
