Great experience!! First time and a new return customer ;)!
Came here from my usual nail place also in Webster due to being in the neighborhood and “curiosity”. I have been to other bay colony locations this is NOW the preferred location due to their new looks and the skill of the technicians.It was a Sunday and everybody was preparing for hurricane beryl, so I knew that it wasn’t going to be as crowded. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist immediately who was very friendly. I showed her a picture of the nails and design I wanted, and she directed me to the best nail technicians. I was assigned to Sandy for nails and Kathy for toes. They quickly matched the color I needed and got to work. The magic in their hands created the vision I desired. They paid close attention to detail without much instruction so I could relax. Paying extra attention to their shaping , painting and cuticles. The ladies were friendly and engaged in great conversation also checking on me frequently and my comfortability. I can’t speak on beverages because although I was offered one I came with my own Starbucks. There is a wide selection of nail colors and they are able to do any design you desire. I was going to be a bridesmaid and a wedding so I got “diva like” nails, so I expected a high price tag with design being on every fingernail and the big toes. My total was $190 not including $30 tip ( which cash is preferred for tips , no problem) . Once again I got very glamorous nails so I expected this, may be expensive to most but it was about $6 a finger for design and I got one on every nail. My nail tech sandy did not rush and took her time with my designs it was clean and shape was as requested. I’ll have to go here a few more times to speak on the consistency because I got them on a really good day due to low traffic so the focus was on me. After my service I was offered a mini photoshoot of my nails , they gave a white furry rug with ring light at receptionist desk and they can take your picture if your into photos after , I appreciated this service as most nail places don’t have this setup. Overall great experience and can’t wait to do it again, thanks for making my nails and toes beautiful ladies !

Diana is the best for pedicures! She really takes her time with every step in the process. Her massages are excellent and she really knows how to get your feet feeling so nice and soft.

I recommend Nancy for manicures. She’s so sweet and very meticulous. She really does a great job and I’m always happy with her service.

A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for!

Woohoo! 🎉 I recently visited Bay Colony Nail Spa-Webster and had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Nikki. Out of the three nail spas in the area that I’ve tried over the past 2 years, this was the first time I was extremely pleased with the service! Nikki took extra care to ensure each fingernail was perfectly sized and shaped, cutting them down to the perfect length. The attention to detail and precision were impressive. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Bay Colony Nail Spa Webster and Nikki to anyone looking for a fantastic nail experience. Thank you!

Worst experience ever…

The reviews I read before coming here are all amazing & I will say most workers were extremely friendly but Nicole was very rude, I left with a cut on my pinky, fear that I was charged double & was misinformed about prices.

I had Nicole doing a dip for me & she seemed almost irritated by me moving or not being in a position convenient for her throughout the process. She did an okay job but what was more upsetting than the bad attitude, was the fact that she was filing very hard & literally cut my pinky. She seemed more unapologetic than anything. When she was done with the process she complained that her nails were ruined from my color choice & left dip residue on my fingers which I had to ask to be removed before I left. The cut on my pinky was very apparent as she unhappily used acetone to remove the residue & it burned. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable getting my nails done in my life & I consistently get them done.

My pedicure was the only positive experience & unfortunately I do not have the name of the technician else I would praise her for her friendliness & attentiveness.

Then when I went to pay I was told that because my nails were longer & I chose a shape that I literally already had on my nails, there were extra fees. I don’t mind paying for fees when I am informed before agreeing to the service but I have in writing via Instagram that it was supposed to be a set price & there was no mention of these extra charges until the services were done. The excuse she gave me was that the person who wrote to me didn’t know of added charges which is honestly the worst excuse I’ve ever heard. It was also an extra $17 for gel on a pedicure which is the most I’ve ever paid for that add on. Length & shape should be included when they are literally my own grown nails & the shape is already there.

To top it off the girl who did my transaction charged me the wrong price & then had to void & redo it. I’ve never felt so robbed or uncomfortable in my life during a nail experience. Such a shame since the environment truly is beautiful but I rather go to another business where I am not mistreated as a paying customer, leave feeling robbed, or am literally in pain afterwards. It is extremely upsetting.

They are absolutely the best and I have never left unhappy. Their techs are meticulous, friendly and always exceed my expectations. My favorite nail tech is Tracy. I have to keep my nails short snd simple for work but she still makes sure they are beautiful. She is a perfectionist in the best of ways.
