They deserve less than one star! I’ve done a lot of business with these guys in the past but , no more!!! I needed to get one LVL and I tried calling they seem to act like they were going to order it , they said they’d have Nikki call me back , no call back for two days , I called and ask if I could talk to her nope she’s on break nope she’s in a meeting nope, I will call you back! No call back, I wasted another bunch of time calling them only to get female answers it’s probably ordered! When will I get it? don’t know? Horrible way to treat a customer with that Cavalier attitude I will go out of town from now on!!! What’s Randy going on vacation you guys are totally screwed !!!!! no more business with bath Lumber! I am absolutely disgusted !!! That’s what you get when you have a monopoly!!!

Employees go above and beyond to help you out, absolutely love the service I receive here! Prices are a bit high on some items and low on others, it definitely pays to shop around though it is really nice for things you need right away! Good selection and well maintained store that I would recommend to anyone who needs home improvement items

Wanted to give a shout out to Stacey who was really patient and helpful when I came into the store on a vacation roadtrip. From driving over sagebrush I had ripped a screw loose in the undercarriage of my car, which made a protective cover loose and rattle.
I came through town on a Sunday so nothing much was open, but Stacey let me jack the car up in the parking lot and try multiple different fixes until I found a mix of washer and screw that would temporarily fix my issue. Even lent me a wrench!
Very nice and welcoming small town feel that I appreciated a ton as a traveller.

Toy store for adults! As retired contractor still fixin’ things as handyman, a trip to Bath is high point of the day. Considering Ely’s distance from other major urban areas, this place is Shangri-La for the fixit guy. My only wish is for extra spending cash to stock up my home shop further! Great staff too.
