I came here for the first time while in town for vacation, and Helen did a phenomenal job on my nails. She also made sure that I liked my nail shape and color through the entire process. I did have to wait a little bit, but Helen is worth the wait!

They tell you to choose a color and then after they got my nails done they use the wrong color. How can they charge you $65 when you ask for a fill in and they want to say the length of the nails they gave me or not even the difference, it’s very irritating because I had to save the money to get my nails done I’m not one of the people that have money all the time to go and have my nails done whenever I want to I have to save and save and just for them to mess them up. I will not go back there again this is the second time I have came here in the first time I had a bad experience here and now I have another bad experience it ain’t going to happen again I knew I should have went somewhere else but now a normal place I go to she is out of town now I’m kicking my butt I should have just waited on her. In the photos the difference in the right hand and the left hand the right hand is longer than the left hand also I had read last time and I wanted pink this time.

Avoid this place at all costs! When I say terrible service- I mean it. I went in to get 2 designs on my nails and asked if they could do it before taking a seat. The lady assured me it would be an easy task so I got excited. Not only were they incapable of doing it, but they made it look so terrible I had to ask for the to redo it about 5 times. It took 40 min to do what I would consider basic designs on two nails & they charged $15 for it. I work in customer service so I’m always polite, but when I asked why it cost so much the owner yelled at me. Here are pictures for what I asked for vs what. I got. They couldn’t do the flowers and the couldn’t make any lines straight. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this spot! Worst place ever! The girl at the reception was so apologetic & nice bc she saw what I was talking about, but she had no control with the owners ill behavior. I’ve honestly never seen an owner be so disrespectful to a customer.

I really like going here but I really wish they were clear about the prices of their services. That lady had my eyebrows looking amazing but honestly if she had disclosed that a brow tint was $40 I would not have gotten one. It was an add on service so I don’t remember if it was on the menu or not. Buyers beware.
