(3-13-24). I got a very poor pedicure here today. It may be because it was Spring Break, but the place was almost empty at 11 AM. I had an appointment. I chose the $45 pedicure, but I felt like it was the $19.95 special. It was quick and half hearted! Very disappointing, especially since I’ve had many fine pedicures here.

My friend and I had a pedicure today. We were greeted by a sweet and friendly receptionist. Then Jennifer was the best. She took her time and made us feel so welcomed. And my feet are thanking her even now. My friend had a sweet lady that gave her the best pedicure as well. Thanks Bama Nails

So let me start off withI have been going here for two years and have always used Amy and she is great!!

But on August 31, 2023 I did a walk in and was helped by someone else…. He has skill but he rushed it and my nails arnt exactly what I wanted. There are a few things that I asked him to “fix” but he just repeated what I said and then continued to the next step.

Update!!
I went in next day and they fixed all my issues!! This salon has earned my respect for doing the right thing and being genuine. I will continue to come here and im grateful for their patience with me
