If there’s an issue with the nails, they are very receptive to correct it, and never have an attitude about it. You can definitely tell that they are serious about their work and ensures that their clients are satisfied. I am so happy that I found this spot and would recommend them to anyone.
To the BT Nails CUSTOMERS: Please don’t forget to tip these ladies. These women work hard to pamper you. It just really upsets me to see people still tipping $6.00 for a full set and a pedicure in 2024. I tend to get very detailed custom nail designs and I easily tip $30-40+. That is my “Thank You” for making sure I’m very pleased with the outcome of my nails and the time invested in getting the designs done right.
To the BT EMPLOYEES: Thank you ladies for always being so sweet and kind. You all are the best nail techs that I’ve had in a very long time! Keep up the great work!!! See you soon
My first experience was great didn’t have to go again for a month everything lasted.
They second time they took so long and over charged me. Despite getting the same thing as the last time.
This last time my cut and paint is so sloppy and it took almost 2 hours just for a regular full set.its barely been 2 weeks and they are starting to break. I’m highly upset because it was perfect the first time and I’m tired of shopping for nail salons.
