This was my first time visiting a nail sho in San Marcos and i will definitely be back again for my next set. The staff were extremely friendly. Even helped me pick a good color for the design i had in mind. Made sure i was comfortable during my visit and the service was most definitely worth the price. The workers did not rush through my service instead took their time to meet my satisfaction.One of the staff even added a design to my pedicure to match my nail design. i have never had a set look so good. i am so very grateful to have found this salon! 😌

The place sucked. My granddaughter and I went there and got manicures and pedicures.
Later that evening, BOTH of our heels were burning uncomfortably.
I’ve had plenty of pedicures and never felt like that before. I simply asked for the pedicure portion back, and I never got a straight answer, besides that our owner isn’t here. Went back two times, and still, that was the only response. Ruined a good day.

UPDATE!!

This MUST be a form response. After they replied, I called them back. They literally said their owner was in VIETNAM and there was nothing they could do. It’s beyond laughable at this point. My family and I will NEVER go here again. Me, taking my granddaughter for the same treatment again was the only reason I remembered this situation and said something. I suggest strongly do not patronage this business. However, I’m blessed, so I’m moving on from this.

I’ve gotten toes done about once a month, typically from other places here in san marcos or occasionally in new braunfels for about five years now. Im no stranger to a nail salon, my mom would even take me when I was a little girl. I just recieved the best pedicure of my life from the sweetest lady here at B nails, my feet felt like clouds walking out of there.

I’m grateful to have found this gem of a nail salon. One thing I immediately noticed is how little chemical smell…what a delight! And the environment is so calming with a lovely fish tank in the center. And best news, My technician, Tin, did a fabulous job. He was very gentle and detail oriented. This is my new place for nails! I’m looking forward to coming back.
