DO NOT GO HERE unless you are going to SUE!!!!!
I am a regular here but today was the last straw!!!

Long Post:
I went for a pedicure today (5/1/24) and had the most unpleasant experience at a service provider I’ve had in a long time.

I’m getting my toes done by one of their elderly servicers And experiences starts off terrible. She took multiple phone calls. I guess they didn’t have a front desk person there at the time but she kept getting up to answer the phone which ended up stopping my service three times. Whenever she would come back she would forget the step that she was at / either skip steps or skip a toe, etc.

More… She cut me while cleaning my clothes, which isn’t like the biggest deal that does happen but then when I said ouch, she got like a little attitude and then didn’t finish doing the rest of my cuticle trim.

More.. I felt like she was kind of rushing my pedicure. me and my mom started our pedicures at the exact same time and she was way behind me. when I asked my person to slow down and scrub under my feet a little bit better she challenged me on it but finally did it. NO cuticles no FILING down, nothing!!!

I guess that annoyed her and she started getting really rough with my feet. Slapping the towel on my feet and just roughly grabbing my toes , then she starts coughing literally on my fee- The first time I didn’t say anything. The second time she covered her mouth with her hand that she proceeded to touch my feet back with. Then the third time just coughed directly on my toe!! that’s when I asked for a manager. I guess there was no manager on site today so she literally stormed out and told the other girl to finish me. Mind you this girl was working on my mom’s toes who I had brought in with me. Him they just put some polish on my toes not even like I was originally supposed to get just so that I could leave with something done and then they proceeded to charge me $20 for a paint. I declined because why would you charge me to paint over POORLY done toes and bleeding cuticles!?!?

Overall, this was a terrible experience!!!!

I was a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me immediately. Sunny gave me a gel manicure and I love the results! She also massaged my neck and shoulders, which was perfect, because I’m always sore from hunching over in front of a computer. I’ll definitely be back.

Thi Thi is the absolute best. I’ve been seeing her regularly for about a year and a half, and my nails always look gorgeous, thanks to her. Plus, she is just a lovely, kind person.

Received a 90 minute Swedish massage at Azalea Nails & Spa today. The store was inviting, well stocked with the latest in nail technology along with rows and rows of various nail polish colors and brands. Upon arrival you check in with a telephone kiosk until an employee greets you. The staff was pleasant and courteous along with offering beverages while you wait. The salon has approximately “20” manicure seats for doing nails along with technicians. In two separate rooms there are approximately “16” pedicure chairs along with a child size pedicure chair for the kid customers. They have three chairs for what appeared to be eyebrow waxing. The massage area is well maintained in the rear of the spa. The room is well maintained and the massage was heavenly. The only recommendation I would make to have some light music or the sounds of running water in the background while you get the massage services to create a much more spa type environment. I would rate it 10 out of 10 on massage services and would recommend anyone looking for nail or spa services to check out Azalea Nails & Spa. Enjoy!
