I DO NOT recommend! I would leave 0 star if I could! There are too many nail salons that provide great service experience and this place is NOT one of them! I called to ask about their services and one very Nasty technician with an attitude and terrible customer service skills took the call. She cared more about taking my money than providing a great service experience! Because this person needs coaching I provided date and time for management reference. 2/9/24 around 4:30 PM.

In response to your reply: You are correct I will NOT return to your Salon and NO I did not request that you make changes to your service menu. That is a LIE. I don’t care about the 10% discount otherwise I would have taken it. I care about the full experience. Customers will pay for a great experience not for RUDE/Nasty technicians like the one I had to deal with. You are NOT a luxury nail salon. Posting on google is not a threat, it’s about experience and I posted about my horrible experience.

“After having my dip powder nails removed, I opted for gel polish on my fingers. The salon’s serene atmosphere and excellent service pleasantly surprised me. They took their time to ensure my nails were done perfectly, and the price was reasonable. I even enjoyed a wonderful conversation with my nail artist. I can’t wait to return for more services!”

I’ve been here twice as a walk-in so far and I’ve enjoyed the experience. The nail techs are nice and have done great work. They offer Gel-X if you’ve been looking for a salon in Charlotte that offers it. I also love the music playlist!

Krystal did a fantastic job on my SNS manicure and the pedicure was amazing. I will definitely come back to her.
The only issue is that on Wednesday, 2 days after having my nails done, there are small chips on several edges which get caught up in my hair
