I had dip powder with tips on my nails when I walked in. I wanted my dip powder color changed and my nails cut down a little bit. Walked out with very short nails and hurting fingers. I had to scrap some kind of hard residue off my skin. It is now a week after I got them done and the top layer is peeling off, I’ve never had this happen before. 57 dollars for my nails to not look good and to be falling apart a week later. I will not be returning.

My family member recently visited awesome nails and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the nail technician’s work, I was cursed at and belittled by the staff member. The use of profanity and disrespectful language was completely unacceptable.

Not only was the service subpar, but the way I was treated as a customer was appalling. I will never return to this salon and would advise others to avoid it as well. A business that condones such behavior does not deserve customers’ trust or loyalty.

The nail salon’s failure to address my concerns and their staff’s unprofessional behavior has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and train their staff to treat customers with respect and kindness.

Until then, I will take my business elsewhere and share my disappointing experience with others.

I went here with my parents today and we all agreed it was the best manicure and pedicure ever. Everything from the massage to the conversation was great! They even helped us find a great place for lunch since we are just visiting Lexington.

I go there today get pedicure, they offer 3 pedicure choice And I pick Awesome delux pedicure, I very enjoy my service with soft music very friendly staff.
They price very cheap if compare with other salon near there.
I am 100% be back and told all my friends go Awesome Nails.
