Mariya was personable, friendly and made an uncomfortable procedure one that I am actually looking forward to in the future.
She was thorough with the details of the process beforehand, told me exactly what she was doing while undergoing the procedure, gave detailed aftercare instructions and advised what to expect in the coming days.

I had my hair cut by Mia and it was an excellent experience! This was my first professional cut in several years and I needed to chop off quite a bit of length. I showed Mia a few reference photos and explained that I was looking for something with shape and movement since I don’t do much in terms of styling, and she gave me exactly what I wanted! I also really liked being able to schedule an appointment via email. Very affordable and efficient on top of everything else.

Kimmyuh (sp?) was a lifesaver when I had a hair emergency the week before my son’s wedding. I had gone to the salon by my work twice to get my hair colored and then fixed. It still wasn’t right. I decided to call Avissa because I had been there for hair removal and thought it was a high quality business. Kimmyuh got me in that day and made my hair look more beautiful than ever before. Everyone in the salon is friendly. The environment feels like NYC! I would absolutely recommend Avissa to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and wants a quality outcome. Thank you Avissa!

I went in for the first time today and to say I was impressed is an understatement. I haven’t been able to get a haircut in 2.5 years due to COVID and my youngest having health issues. Everyone wore masks, it was small and very clean, and the service was unbeatable. The woman who cut my hair did the perfect trim and treatment for me and was so incredibly kind. I will absolutely be back in a few weeks.
