I really enjoyed Nicki’s company as she cut my hair, she was doing a great job with my hair while having conversations with me. It felt very friendly and familiar! My hair turned out exactly how I hoped, and it feels so nice and light. Overall my experience here was a 10/10 I hope to be a client of hers in the future! *She also showed me how to style it correctly which was super helpful*

This was my second time coming to aveda and by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Came in anticipating and wanting just a trim and curtain bang trim to my long thick hair. Left with choppy layers all around my head and more than half my hair cut off. The stylist talked me into layers and motioned the layers would only be about 2 inches from my original length which I was ok with. The whole time she was chopping my hair I was internally panicking as I saw how much she was taking off. I was trying to trust the process but finally said this was a lot shorter than what I wanted. She said should I stop and I said well you’ve already started so I don’t think you can not stop now. She kept reassuring me it was not that short. Please see a before and after picture of my ponytail and tell me that she didn’t take half my hair off. The other picture shows how short she cut the layers all around my head, again she originally held up her fingers to about 2 in length of the shortest layers she was going to cut. She cut half the original length off with the layers. Very very disappointed and sad cried in the car on the way home and hate the way it looks. I know it’s just hair and it grows back but it makes me so upset looking at it and this will take some time to grow back so i get to be stuck hating my hair for the next several months. Will never be returning, will be sticking to an actually salon. Really would like to get in contact with how I can receive a refund

Amanda was great! She got my color right and made my hair look beautiful! She was easy to work with and listened to what I wanted. I enjoyed my experience and will be returning to see her again.

The staff are amazing, I was taken care of by Dylan and she was by far the best hairdresser I’ve had. She has a genuine passion to make everyone who sits in her chair feel beautiful, she was able to help greatly in understanding my hair and everything was very well planned and communicated. Was a great experience!
