I came for a refill of my nails on Jan 20th. While my nails were being done, I told the technician that the nails were too thin. I could tell that they were going to crack and so said, so done. It’s just a few days after, and 5 of my nails have a slit in them to the side and one broke off yesterday. I went to the salon today (Jan 25) to have it rectified and the rude lady that sits at the front had no problem to tell me they can only fix the one broken nail. I told her that makes no sense because there are 4 other nails that will break in a matter of days. I was there pleading my case trying to explain to her that I knew the nails were too thin to begin with and told her I mentioned it to the technician on the day it was being done.. and she did nothing about it. She could not have cared less. She insisted that she is only going to fix one and its not the technician’s fault because they only refill the base of the nail during a refill, not the entire nail. Again, that makes no sense because the entire structure of the nail has to have substance for it not to break. I then asked for a refund, which she rudely told me I will not get because they do not do refunds. She gladly told me she doesn’t want to talk to me anymore and started to ignore me. While standing still trying to plead my case to at least get my money back, she continued to ignore me, and didn’t even look at me. I forgot to mention, she was even rolling her eyes at me while I was trying to explain my situation.

Clearly customer service is not a thing for this business. I even broke off a few of the nails right infront of her to show her how easily they could snap and she didn’t care. She ignored me until I left. Needless to say, I will not never visit this nail salon again.

The lady that sits at the first booth to the left as you walk in, is EXTREMELY RUDE, has the worst attitude and doesn’t care about not one of her customers. From the first day I visited the salon, her behavior was TERRIBLE!

I will contact consumer affairs because this is completely unacceptable and I hope others read this and stay away from this business. How unfair. I work too hard for my money to just throw it away on 3 day nails. 😪

I absolutely LOVE my set. I didn’t get the persons name who did my pedicure he was also amazing. (I know I’m saying your name wrong, and I’m sorry love 😊) But Tim did an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows ! I am very pleased .. I will be back love ! 🥰

I love my new nail salon. I’ve been searching for a nail tech to deliver this shape curved and Emily came through. Both her and Lee are the bomb and I cannot leave Leo out on the pedis. Me and my bestfriend are faithful to Avalon Nails

I absolutely love my nail tech Emily & Leo does my feet! Everyone in there does an amazing job though. But I specifically choose Emily & Lee when she is not available (seat 1&2). Best experience, all around good atmosphere, the vibes is laid back & you can enjoy a sip of wine or a slushy while getting serviced. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beautiful establishment very professional amazing service. They are the best nail salon in Charlotte. Looking for classic nail slay ask for Ms Emily. I love the environment. It’s so relaxing and calming. I got a full set ombré narrow coffin nails, lavender volcano pedicure with pink gel polish, Eyebrow wax, and individual Mink Eyelashes. To top it off they have comfortable massage pedicure chairs and offer you water soda or Champagne. What more could a woman ask for when it’s self care day. I definitely recommend going for the experience and to get your nails slayed.
