I booked with Vivian for my birthday last month and this is hands down the best birthday nails I’ve had. She was professional, offered an array of designs to choose from, and moved with efficiency. I appreciated her ability to take time to have designs beforehand. It’s usually difficult for me to choose, so I this made my experience 10/10. The vibes are nice, and the customer service was exceptional. Definitely my new go to Nail Salon in Charlotte. Love Love Love!

I was referred to this salon by a friend whose nails are ALWAYS ON POINT! She recommended Vicky/Vivian. I love my nails Vivian was so fast, professional and gentle. This shape is the best I’ve had in this area. Found my new salon home. 5 stars !

Came in to Charlotte to visit my boyfriend and decided to get a fill in and eyebrow waxing. Unfortunately the acrylic fill in was an uncomfortable experience for me.

She cut me several times and as you can see in the pictures…. It’s lumpy with many bubbles. Burnt me multiple times throughout the service as well. What made me frustrated even more was she charged me 75 for my nails….. knowing how they looked

I decided to leave a review because I’m a nail technician myself. I’ve been working for my aunts salon for the past three years. I know what a good service looks like. So when I got back to the salon today, I took it all off. VERY damaged. Especially around my eponychium. So I decided to make it all smooth and put a different chrome on than the silver she used. I have no lumps or bubbles. The last couple of photos was me fixing the nails.
This was the first time in a long time that I got my nails done from someone else other than somebody from my aunts salon. I just feel discouraged to go anywhere else now.

I read a couple of the reviews when I got home. It seems that there’s a reoccurring problem with this certain technician. Hopefully there will be some type of accountability held. Because if not, people will keep getting hurt.

That goes back to me not saying anything. I should’ve said something right there and then, but I really just wanted to get out of there.

Besides the nails, she did an amazing job on my eyebrow wax. They look great.

Vivian did an AMAZING job! She even had designs on her phone to pick from. only took an hour for a full set very fast and efficient! i will definitely be back in two weeks!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had! This is the second time I have come to this establishment, and they have completely destroyed my nails. Firstly, they will ask you to complete a review before your service is done, which is why they have high reviews.

The lady who did my nails refused to say her name. Even though I don’t know her name she was of an Asian decent and her eyebrows were colored in light brown pencil. She used another acrylic nail to remove my old set when she should have soaked it in acetone. This lady literally ripped my nails off to the point where they were bleeding. She seriously tried to continue the service even though my nails were clearly bleeding. I told her I couldn’t get my nails done like this, and she told me to come back in 2 weeks and tried to charge me $15 for nail removal. Notice I said she tried because I definitely asked for a manager who agreed to no charge. I highly do not recommend this place as this is the second time I’ve head such poor service. Save your money , find a better place !
