Made a last minute appointment for 6pm on my birthday and the man who did my nails rushed through the entire process. Half of my nail beds are flooded with clear gloss that cured. The flowers aren’t what I asked for at all, and the man was in such a rush he left right when he was done. Don’t accept late appointments if you’re going to give bad service. Your clients don’t deserve that. My pedicure was great though.

This shop is fantastic. So many talented nail techs and everyone is so friendly! They do a beautiful job every time! The vibe in the salon is great, everyone seems to enjoy their work and I feel super comfortable when I go!

I absolutely love this salon! The ladies are so sweet and very nice! They all truly take pride in their clients and it shows because all the clients that are receiving services are all giggling and chatting it up with the specialists. I am so happy that I have discovered this salon! Their work is very good and affordable too!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate your feedback and it’s great to hear that you found everyone super friendly upon your arrival. I understand how uncomfortable it can be to witness interactions that seem tense. However, it might have been beneficial to ask if the exchange between the nail techs was just playful banter rather than assuming it was bullying.

The nail tech at table three, the beautiful young black lady, has an excellent reputation for her service and handling of customers, which is reflected in the numerous positive reviews. If you were a regular customer, you might have understood the dynamics better and recognized that speaking up to clarify the situation would have been wise.

Your 1-star review stands in stark contrast to the consistently high ratings this salon receives, and I believe an update would be fair. Additionally, an apology might be in order for accusing the nail tech at table three of bullying without confirming the nature of their interaction.

I have had great experiences every time I visited this salon, which is why I am a repeat customer. I encourage you to give them another chance and perhaps get to know the staff better to appreciate the wonderful service they provide.

Luckily, she was able to fix my nail and did an amazing job. April took the time to assess the situation and offered valuable advice. The entire process was quick and efficient, providing exactly what I needed. Not only does April provide top-notch service, but the entire salon is exceptional.
