The people who work here are the best ever. Very sweet and great prices. I recently broke my nail at work and the next morning I walked in they fixed it right away and didn’t even charge me. Amazing customer service.

I just had an appointment at AV NAIL SPA a few days ago, it was GREAT SERVICE. I had an appointment with I believe her name was Lyn if I remembered correctly. She was GREAT. Very fast and still made no mistakes, I went to get my feet done afterwards and while she was doing nails, the man was doing my feet care and massaging my legs, which felt amazing! He was good at it, she took over when it came to painting my toenails, which I appreciated. I received wine and water while receiving my services. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Another salon could not give me the design I wanted but didn’t tell me until we were halfway through the appointment. AV fit me in within 10 minutes and gave me exactly what I was looking for!

Worst experience ever. I usually do not take any time to write about my feelings negatively in reviews but the disregard for me was baffling. I had my nails done for my birthday. They looked beautiful!!! Until I flipped my hand over and noticed most of my nails were not glued on properly … I explained the problem to Ann (one of the owners) and she offered a discount on my fill in … however the next day I couldn’t bare to have my nails get filled with dirt and not able to get it out. So I came to get a soak off and a full set. I was greeted with a frown and was declined to get the full set after a soak off. I paid 60$ initial and the 7$ for the soak off. To leave with no nails. And no service. I went to New York nails where they took great care of me. Wont be coming back ever again. Thanks for taking my money.

went to 3 different salons to be told no walk in’s or 1 hour wait time. AV got me seated immediately, my tech really took her time with shaping and polishing my fullset and i absolutely love them
